Always In Stock Guarantee

Our "Always In Stock" policy applies to select items marked as eligible on our website. While we strive to keep these products available at all times, exceptions may occur due to supply issues or external factors.

  • Notification: If an eligible item is unavailable, we’ll notify you within 48 hours.

  • Order Limits: We may restrict the quantity per customer to maintain fair availability.

  • Replacement/Refund: We’ll offer a replacement or full refund if we can’t fulfill your order due to stock shortages.

Exclusions from the Stock Guarantee

This excludes our stock guarantee in certain scenarios, including:

  • Natural disasters and extreme weather

  • Major supply chain disruptions

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

  • Circumstances deemed by MerryLuk as outside the scope of our policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

These terms operate alongside your statutory rights. Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to remedies such as repairs, replacements, or refunds for goods that fail to meet acceptable quality standards. Nothing in these provisions restricts those rights.

Order and Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, we’ll issue an email confirmation. This is an acknowledgment of your order request. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders for reasons including pricing errors or misdescriptions.

Product Descriptions and Colour Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in all content. However, slight variations between product photos and delivered items may occur due to screen settings. These differences do not constitute a defect under this policy.

Wrong Product Shipped

If we deliver an incorrect item:

  • Report it within 3 days

  • We’ll arrange pickup and deliver the correct item at no cost

  • If the product was assembled against the packaging label, refunds may not apply unless covered by our 30-Day Guarantee

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is faulty or arrives damaged:

  1. Document the issue with photos or video

  2. Contact us within 3 days

  3. We will resolve your issue per the Australian Consumer Law and our internal Terms

Limitations of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, these conditions limit MerryLuk's liability for:

  • Indirect losses (e.g., profit or business interruption)

  • Damages caused after delivery

Cancellations and Returns

Under these terms, you may cancel your order before dispatch. Refunds or store credits are offered for cancelled orders. Once dispatch begins, cancellations are at our discretion.

Note: We do not offer direct product exchanges. Please follow our Returns Policy and place a new order if needed.

Manufacturer Warranty
